Dr. Jian grew up in Los Angeles, California and kicked off his academic journey at UC San Diego, where he earned a degree in Biology, laying the foundation for a career in dentistry. From there, he went on to the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, where his passion for service and community outreach earned him the Humanitarian Award from the International College of Dentists as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
