Dr. Jian grew up in Los Angeles, California and earned his Biology degree from UC San Diego before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He went on to complete his pediatric specialty training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the University of Pennsylvania, bringing world-class education and extensive experience to families in Frederick, Maryland.
